Now hiring in Kitchen and Front of House. All relative positions are highly encouraged to apply.

After suffering a fire to our property and an extensive restoration, we are open and ready to impress our guests.

A newly reimagined menu, completely updated accommodations and a refined dining experience await our guests.

Were are primarily seeking a Kitchen manager with at least 2 years experience as a kitchen manager, sous chef or lead line cook.

This person will:

Lead the line

Oversee plate quality

Ensure recipe/prep production

Conduct ordering

Coordinate scheduling

Assist creation of weekly, monthly specials

Oversee staff hiring & discipline alongside senior managers

Other tasks as required by business or senior managers

Our prime candidate will embody:

A passion for food culture/creativity.

A track record for cost efficiency in food and labor.

A keen sense of team work, positive enforcement and uplifting attitude towards all employees on staff.

Ability to direct and communicate to staff at a very high level.

Accuracy is highly important, recipes must be followed exactly. Menu items to be replicated exactly.

Positive & forward thinking attitude - No hot heads need apply.

Have basic computer literacy in Excel and Word.

Access to various applications such as Slack, Dropbox, and the like.

Valid Serv Safe certification is helpful, but not imperative.

Restaurant information:

We are a from scratch kitchen.

We focus on contemporary Irish/European trends, while still satisfying the American guest.

Our restaurant group has six Wisconsin locations, and continue to grow.

We focus on employee retention and being a great place to work, and serve our clientele.

Some of our kitchen staff speak Spanish and enough English to get by.

The interview process will consist of:

An initial sit down interview with senior managers.

A second cooking interview to assess cooking techniques, measuring capabilities, following of recipes, and for you to cook an original recipe of your choice for the senior management team.

Costing this menu item will greatly help your chances.

This is a 40 hour a week position. Pay is hourly.
