Looking for a cleaner for Airbnb units. All are located in the lower east side in Milwaukee. There will be approximately 5-12 cleans per month.
Each unit will need to be cleaned and turned over in between guests. Guest checkout is at 11 am and check in is at 3 pm, so the place needs to be ready by 3. The units range from studio to 2 bedroom and each have 1 bathroom. I will pay per clean/turnover. Pay is listed below per unit. Basic cleaning supplies can be supplied by me.
Tasks:
-Cleaning/sanitizing surfaces and doorknobs
- Sweep and mop
-Vacuum small carpet (only in 1 unit)
-Cleaning/sanitizing bathroom including toilet, shower, sink
-Putting on new bed sheets
-Lint roll bed and couch
-Restocking including towels, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, etc. if they are low
Clean linens/towels will be picked up from a designated spot. Dirty laundry will be placed in a designated spot also.
You must have a smartphone and download an app called Turno. This app will let you know when there is a new clean/turnover and then you can accept it if it works for you. This app also is how you will be paid.
You must be available to work between 11am and 3pm. Cleans/turnovers could happen any day of the week, but the most common day is Sundays, so you must be available most Sundays.
Payment is as follows:
Studio units: $25 per clean/turnover
1 bedrooms: $32 per clean/turnover
2 bedroom: $40 per clean/turnover
