Packerland Rent-A-Mat, Inc. is currently seeking an individual for a split-dutyÂRoute Service Representative/Production position.

The RSR portion of theÂjob involves transporting and exchange of floor mats, delivery and pickup of laundry products, customer service and some sales work. Being a RSR involves driving our medium duty trucks on an assigned route to our customers located throughout SE Wisconsin. You will exchange floor mats and/or laundry products at pre-determined locations within our customer's facilities. This job can be physical; you should have the ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. At times you will be working outdoors so you shouldn't be afraid of Wisconsin weather. This job is potentially a step in advancement to a full-time RSR position.

The Production duties of the job involve joining the production team of our laundry.ÂOur team members are responsible for the daily production needs of our Butler, WI production facility.

The successful candidate will possess an excellent driving record, be outgoing, be willing to learn and have the desire to interact positively with customers on your assigned route. Your driving record and criminal background will be thoroughly verified. Pre-employment drug tests are performed. Packerland Rent-A-Mat, Inc. is a 100% smoke-free workplace.

Essential Functions:

Ensure timely and correct deliveries of complete matting loads, pick-up soiled mats. Service items such as restroom hygiene products. Deliver restroom service products when necessary.

Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.

Safely operate a vehicle while following all applicable laws and company policy. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle inspection.

Qualifications:

Have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Have and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations.

Demonstrate skills appropriate in the safe operation of medium-duty delivery vehicles.

Demonstrate verbal and written communication skill in English, ability to comprehend and follow directions.

Recognize colors, sizes and types of products.

Count, add and subtract accurately
