- Work on a team to guide the strategic marketing plan to align mechatronics and electrical solutions in alignment with organizational initiatives and external factors to achieve revenue targets.
- Orchestrate solutions that cater to the target market and the customer-base including industry trends.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify needs for deliverables for company market position.
- Properly communicate the needs of the customer for new product idea generation in collaboration with the product management and strategic innovation teams.
- Actively participate in launching of new products deploy and deliver marketing campaigns to internal/external teams along with market influencers.
- Create case studies and business cases
- Marketing and content development for product positioning, product and program development for key growth patterns
- Understand industry regulations and changes along with detailed technical manufacturing processes
- Understand key global competitors with products and planning.
- Monitoring of target market opportunities
- Organize training programs for audiences.
- Electrical Engineering &/or related degree
- 3+ years of experience in Mechatronics Engineering industry (electrical, mechanical)
- Ability to sell ideas through cultivation of relationships and strategic marketing campaigns
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Position located ONSITE at Milwaukee, Wisconsin Office.
- Up to 50 percent travel
- Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record.
