Akrit Refrigeration and Appliance Service
About the Position:
We are looking for goal oriented individuals willing to work hard and be rewarded for their work. Candidates would schedule and dispatch service calls. Other duties would include sharing office duties with current employees, entering data from service orders and follow up with customers for one of the area's leading Appliance and Commercial Refrigeration Service Companies. Field Service, Commercial Refrigeration or Appliance Service experience would add value to this position.
If you are good on the phones and have experience in scheduling and dispatching, like a fun working environment and appreciate being recognized for your hard work then you might be the right person for the job. Prior dispatching field service or trucks experiences a plus. We are looking for someone that has the drive to want to take care of the customer, but still has the logistical thinking to take care of calls and customers properly.
