On-site Assistant Property Manager (35th and College Avenue)
Property Management Company seeks on-site individual or couple. Those with property management experience and mechanically inclined preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and able to handle all aspects of day to day operations and minor maintenance duties. Hours are flexible.
Duties include but not limited to:
Apartment showings to prospective renters
Apartment turn-over (light maintenance and cleaning duties)
Apartment inspection move-ins and move-outs
Scheduling vendors
Snow removal
Rent collection
Emergency call rotation
Routine building inspection (4 buildings) and curb appeal upkeep/cleaning
Candidates must present themselves professionally, able to work independently and be well organized. Must be willing to consent to a thorough background check.
Compensation includes free rent, lease commissions and monthly bonus incentives.
