Manager/maintenance position for 61 family Grafton townhome complex.
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry required, snow removal and general upkeep of 3 bedroom 2.5 town home complex including showings.
Ideally would prefer a couple /two person team too ensure sure someone is at the property consistently (i.e. a first and second shift work schedule OR a very flexible schedule. There is a lot of snow removal to be done when it snows which is a priority.

Compensation includes free rent of 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome as well as pay to be discussed based on experienced.
