- Knowledge and working experience in Oracle ERP application 12.1 and 12.2
- Performed Application upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 version.
- Good Experience in Database (upgrades, patching, trouble shooting) OCI certification preferred
- Good trouble shooting skill on ERP Application and Database issues
- Knowledge/trouble shooting on ERP clones and patching
- Knowledge on R12.2 online patching is required
- Working with OEM for monitoring, trouble shooting, and performance tuning
- Sound knowledge on Backup and recovery process (RMAN) is must
- Good Understanding /Working knowledge on Cloud (OCI/AWS/Azure) technologies
