Trillium Construction is now hiring a drafter/designer in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area! The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and design support.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing complete drawings of structures, layouts, facilities or general arrangement.
Limited exercise of judgment in preparation of project drawings through preliminary selection of alternatives, layouts and arrangements.
Demonstrate personal development of technical knowledge through interface with the engineering departments in the execution and review of project assignments.
Becoming experienced and effective at the preparation of three dimensional computer-generated drawings.
Successful candidate must have the following:
Demonstrated ability to regularly and consistently produce project work with accuracy and within budget and time allocation
Knowledge of and skilled in the operation of AutoCAD
Construction experience preferred but not required
Electrical experience a major plus
Capable of working from sketches and models from verbal directions
Auto Cad on own laptop preferred
This is a first shift position, Monday-Friday. Pay is $18-25/hour, depending on experience. No per diem. This is a temp to hire position.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: 1+ years electric substation design experience
Demonstrated ability to regularly and consistently produce project work with accuracy and within budget and time allocation
