One of Beacon Hill Technologies' top clients is looking to hire a talented Business Analyst! This client offers a hybrid schedule in the greater Milwaukee area. This particular role will primarily focus in Property and Casualty Insurancewhile previous expereinece is not required, it is preferred. This candidate will be interacting with senior leadership of the company and will have a high level of visability.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Supports business operations by analyzing requirements. Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives. Creates specifications from which solutions will be designed. Helps design new solutions by analyzing clients' requirements. Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products. Prepares reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends. Responsible for providing guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. May have quality assurance responsibilities as well. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and engages higher-level staff on only the most complex issues as necessary. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Mandatory Experience and Skills:

  • 4-6 years of related experience
  • Commercial P&C Insurance Experience
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Problem management
  • Complex problem solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Leadership skills

Preferred Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience or combination
