S.C. Swiderski LLC., an industry leading property management firm enjoying over twenty five years of service to the housing community seeks a skilled Apartment Site Manager to join our team of professionals.
This person is responsible for the daily operations of our multi-family apartment site in Eagle River. The ideal candidate will be willing to live on site(but not required), must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Duties include, but are not limited to showing apartments, lease signings and addressing tenant concerns along with marketing efforts to promote occupancy and retention efforts along with unit cleaning upon tenant turnover.
The ideal candidate will exemplify strong customer service skills, possess a degree in Property Management or a Business related field and/or have experience.
