We have a number of positions filled, still looking for Saturday and Sunday Help.
This season we are offering a $1000 bonus program for qualified bartender applicants. Now that we have your attention, read below to see if youre a fit!
We are looking for 2-3 ambitious, friendly, energetic, self motivated bartenders that want to be a part of a team/family. We are a positive, motivated work environment and we expect the same positivity from our staff. Bear Paw Bar is a cool little bar on our resort. A place for our campers, cabin guests, and especially local friends and neighbors to come relax and have a good time.
We offer the simple things, Pizzas, Burgers, and Appetizers with a focus this year on mastering the basics. Experience in cooking moves you to the top of the list! Bartenders will be required to also cook at times (we will train if needed and it equals the opportunity for additional shifts). Applicants must be reliable, outgoing, honest, with a good head on their shoulders and most importantly a positive attitude We offer paid training, above average pay, and a flexible schedule. Be sure to ask how to qualify for the $1000 seasonal bonus at the Interview. Hourly Pay will be based on experience and YOU WILL ALSO MAKE TIPS! This is for a Part-time position, mostly afternoons and nights during the week and days/nights on weekends. This opportunity can lead to Management position for the right person!
