Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager ensures excellence in: Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during his/her shift. The Restaurant Manager has financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis. Looking for a Restaurant Manager, who loves to coach and follow-up with personnel encouraging a smoothly operating restaurant. We encourage our Restaurant Managers to assist in continuing the growth and development of all team members. As our Restaurant Manager, you would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

Qualifications
Must have 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Quick Service environment, high volume a plus
Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
Strong sense of urgency, with customer focused mentality
Results Driven with high expectations and standards
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships while leading others
A Positive attitude that is infectious and inspiring
Basis computer knowledge a plus
