We are looking to work with an independent contractor that is familiar with maintaining/fixing up foreclosures and is willing to service Northern Wisconsin.
Independent Contractor Requirements:
Must have your own tools and equipment in order to complete work in a timely manner.
General Liability Insurance
Clean background (Checking last 10 years for Felonies)
Smart Phone capable of downloading the correct App
Property Preservation experience preferred, but willing to work with new contractors that meet the qualifications.
