- Responsible for resolving complex problems with company PCs, conferencing systems and rooms, multi-function printers, mobile devices (iPhones/iPads) and PC accessories experienced by executives and executive support staff.
- Notify and facilitate high-profile meetings through engagement with the appropriate technology and media production teams.
- Manage the relationship between the technology and executive team by representing the executive's needs during the planning and execution of product implementations.
- Notify and train executives and executive administrators on new technologies, changes and upgrades/enhancements of current software or hardware
- Establish trust and maintain a high level of confidentiality for all activities/tasks
- Coach and mentor team members by providing guidance on policies and procedures as well as assisting with question resolution.
- Interacts with third party service providers to resolve problems and fulfill requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in desktop support, service desk, or related experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required for off-site executive support.
- Experience working with video and audio-conferencing services such as Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience and proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience supporting mobile devices and mobile applications.
- Customer focused with ability to promptly answer support related email, phone calls, and other electronic communications.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
- Relevant industry recognized certifications (Certified Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - IT Infrastructure, Certified ITIL Foundation, etc.).
- Previous experience with white glove IT support for company executives.
