Position Responsibilities

Work with IT Business team during scoping and requirements sessions.
Gather requirements: design and deploy functionality.
Provide on-call support for production applications.
Monitor application performance and address bottlenecks.
Configure the application for best performance.
Administer software patching.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the software packages you are assigned to support.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years experience using WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ, Tomcat, JBoss with build, support, analysis and performance tuning.
3+ years experience using CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, UrbanCode Deploy, Ansible or equivalent tools desired.
Experience with container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes, OpenShift and Docker Swarm
