Workday wizard wanted! Looking for an analyst to develop advanced Workday reports to support our Human Resources department.Position Responsibilities- Develop and modify advanced reports for internal human resources and managers using Access, Excel, and Workday Report Writer.
- Collaborate with Workday users to outline reporting requirements.
- Identify and execute process improvement strategies for HR groups like Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports.
- Partner with Workday Security team to maintain our data and privacy standards.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of Workday Report Writer experience.
- Workday PRISM, BIRT, and composite reporting experience preferred.
- SQL knowledge a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
