About the role:

As a Product Manager, you will manage life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of FIS IBS products, enhancements, and release to market. You will define the product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate.

What you will be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the IBS product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Works closely with business and development teams to review new product and enhancement opportunities for strategic value and aligns resources to high priority initiatives.
  • Presents product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences.
  • Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions. Practices open and honest communications with clients.
  • Collaborates with senior management to provide product updates and content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs (request for proposal).
  • Creates features designed to create new products and enhancements.

What you will need:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, SAFe Agile experience preferred
  • 5+ years of IBS or banking experience
  • To be both strategic and tactical in ways of creating features to enhance products.
  • To be capable of assessing the market, meet the needs of the customers, and understanding compliance related impacts on the products.
  • To be able to develop business cases to determine return on invest of various initiatives
  • To have an exceptional ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent presentation skills within a group or large audience
