Child Care Center Part time/Full Time Director:
Center is willing to train the Right Candidate, Who holds the minimum Director Qualification Required by the State Registry Level 10 or higher
Center Director position is available for a new licensed childcare center opening in Racine. Looking for an individual who will interact well with staff, parents and children of all ages and thereby creating a positive and trusting atmosphere.
Qualifications required:
-Support all aspects operations of the center
-Helps ensure that center programs is in compliance with state requirements. Provides feedback to the owner on center concerns and issues.
-Sensitivity to, or experience in working with a diverse, multicultural population.
-Recognize parental concerns, evaluation of the course of action and responding professionally to the needs of parents.
- Responsible for enrollment inquiries, follow-up and tours in order to increase enrollment.
-Train staff to plan and implement creative, developmentally appropriate programs for all children.
Plan center activities and actively participates: for example, staff meeting training sessions, open houses, and planning sessions.
-Complete and submit required paperwork and record keeping on a timely basis, and maintain center records in an organized, up-to-date manner.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE :
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 Years of experience as a child care Teacher or Center Director
Associate / Bachelor's Degree ECE /Early Childhood Child CareAdministration Credential
Registry Credential -Level 10 or higher
