Entry Level Commercial Roof Inspector / Assistant Project Manager
Roof Consulting firm located in Northern Illinois is seeking Entry Level Roof Inspectors / Assistant Project Managers to conduct roof inspections on Commercial/Industrial buildings locally and on a national basis. We are willing to train qualified candidates. This is a full time position with potential growth opportunities within the firm.
Applying candidates should possess the following:
Basic knowledge of Commercial and Residential Roofing Systems a plus, but not required.
Four Year Construction Management / Technical Degree or working experience with commercial roof systems preferred.
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
Ability to lift, move, and climb two-stage ladders. Must not be afraid of heights.
Must be willing to travel on a national basis. Weekly travel of 1-2 days may be required during peak seasons.
Ability to work independently, detail oriented, highly motivated, and must have good communication and writing skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
