Job Title: Asset Manager Location: Racine, WI

Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Work primarily with Hardware Asset Management, discovery, and Service Catalog Management. Partner with IT Stakeholders to optimize Hardware Asset Management database. Maintain accurate and complete data for all end-user computing hardware assets Create and maintain regular audit schedules for hardware as needed to maintain accuracy within the IT Asset repository and PeopleSoft inventory management systems. Capture and prepare asset data to be loaded into the asset repository for all lifecycle phases from procurement through retirement. Populate the asset repositorywith missing legacy data as appropriate. Create/review/update Hardware Asset Management policy and process documents to ensure accuracy/completeness. Assist with enforcing current state processes and policies. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on hardware asset data accuracy and work with accounting to ensure ITAM asset data matches accounting asset data. Includes reporting on asset deployment, reclamation, and data accuracy. Work directly with the Global IT Asset Manager to complete daily activities for all ongoing IT Asset Management requirements and projects. Collaborate with Configuration Management to ensure that the CMDB and asset repository are sharing the appropriate data points and troubleshoot any data-sharing issues. Coordinate with Desk Side Support teams to ensure data is being captured in the Asset Management repository correctly Must be able to move/lift boxes of computer equipment. Demonstrated ability to manage an asset inventory and reconcile data, ensuring high levels of accuracy Managing warehouse, providing It Equipment's to Deskside team , managing the logs Maintaining stock levels Strong interpersonal skills, requiring a balance of assertiveness, tact, and diplomacy Works well independently and on teams Must have a strong willingness to take initiative and drive change Strong organizational, oral, and writing skills are required Ability to quickly and accurately assess needs of demanding business clients Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non[1]standardized situations Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties Trustworthy and teachable; willing to learn and grow Ability to make decisions that have a moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross-functional departments Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis Performs other duties and projects as assigned Experience Prior experience with ServiceNow/Cherwell including asset validation and update, reporting, table, and service catalog management. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with people and processes with the ability to interact professionally with various levels within the organization. Experience performing Hardware Asset Management functions. Ability to leverage data analysis and problem-solving skillsets. Must be highly organized with an ability to manage multiple high-level activities concurrently. Operational experience performing asset inventory audits and data reconciliation Education/Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred At least 5+ years supporting asset management experience required Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office products require
