Registry in Respiratory Therapy (RRT) , minimum of 2 years neonatal critical care experience.

What You Will DoCoordinate the care of patients with respiratory insufficiencies.Coordinate patient assessment and care, including collaborative care, case management, education and discharge.

Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to manage and review patient care and treatment protocols/policies/procedures.

Develop and implement respiratory-related educational materials and activities for staff, patients and the community.

Organize and facilitate support groups for patients and their families.

Perform ordered specimen collection through multiple modalities.

Monitor, evaluate and communicate patient response during and after testing.

Perform advanced respiratory care modalities.

What You Will NeedLicensure/Certification/Registration:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
