We are a pallet manufacturing business seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team. This is a labor-intensive position similar in nature to landscaping or construction work. You will work with machinery, handle lumber, and perform various general tasks around the property.
Entry level - Pallet Builders:
Responsibilities:
Operate pallet manufacturing machines with assistance from 1–2 team members
Handling lumber
Load and unload delivery trucks
Perform light handyman work and general maintenance on the property
Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable with physical labor and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with power tools and machinery preferred (training provided)
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Able to take direction, work independently, and not require constant supervision
Experienced Pallet Builders:
You will be building new pallets and repairing used pallets. Need to have previous experience and know how to use a nail gun, and understand grading lumber and pallets. Need to be able to hit a quota.
-Hours: We work 4 - 10's: Monday - Thursday / 6 am - 4:30 pm
-40hrs a week
