Position Details:
This is an immediate direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly and offered their benefits and vacation package upon hire.
Shift: 1st: Monday- Friday
Flexible start time between 6:00 am - 7:00 am (8 hour shift)
Pay Rate: Hourly Position
$18.85 - $22.39/hr depending on experience Cabinet wiring / wire harness experience IS required
Job Description:
This position requires mechanical, electrical assembly and cabinet wiring skills used for the assembly of power distribution and conditioning equipment. Electro-mechanical assemblers will build and complete wire harness installation and final wiring of large, complex cabinets, control panels, & other electro-mechanical assemblies
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US citizen and meet ITAR compliance
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Electrical and Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
Ability to utilize hand tools such as crimping, lugging, and point-to-point wiring
Able to work overtime and weekends as needed and lift up to 35 pounds frequently
Duties Include:
Building and/or wiring of electrical cabinets using blueprints following stringent quality specs
Build and complete wire harness installation and final wiring of large, complex, cabinets, control panels, & other electro-mechanical assemblies
Accurately generate detailed assembly records documenting actions taken
Interface with quality reps, manufacturing engineers, and/or customer service reps to ensure the highest quality
Maintain lean standards (6S)
Build first articles and engineering models with or without guidance
