We are a WISP looking to for a self-starter Field Service Technician. We need candidates that can adhere to a daily schedule and provide excellent customer support. Once trained, technicians will be responsible for all onsite installation, troubleshooting and repair. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Requirements
-Time management
- Self motivated
- Able to work in all elements of weather
- Basic computer skills and router set up
- Knowledge of basic construction
- People person with a positive personality
- Ability to start and finish jobs in a timely manner
- Not afraid of heights/comfortable on ladders
- Ability to take and maintain an inventory
- Documentation of processes
- Clean driving record
- Following of procedures and protocols
- Positive customer relations
- English literacy, spoken and written
- Flexibility in schedule
