Main Job Duties: • Quoting, layout, testing, and application reviews • Interface with Engineering, Sales, and Customers • Provide Engineering support during pre-sale activities and serve as a technical resource in servicing our products • Work with sales staff to provide layouts, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), quoting OEM components, and any other required upfront engineering for sales
Additional Job Duties: • Develop new ROI's for our major product lines • Develop and maintain a system for tracking projects and generating quotes • Develop new equipment sizing sheets when needed • Project Management.After an order is placed work with sales and engineering on the project from purchase order to shipment • Quoting.Non-Standard Equipment are processed and sent out with a goal of within 72 hours • Get price quotes for non-standard items. (Heat exchangers, chillers, steam piping, bulk handling systems, systems not always standard. • Inside sales, take calls from customers when area salesperson is on the road • Quote refurbishments for existing equipment • Create quotation sheets for new equipment developed • Support sales for used equipment retrofits, etc. • Review major non-standard buyout components and disperse to engineering, finance, purchasing, and sales folder • CRM Document all customer conversation in the CRM database • Assist in product testing when required • Use and maintain the Data Trace software and hardware • Document all standard testing procedures and maintain the Equipment & Product Testing Manual • Drawings Prepare layouts as needed for salespeople • Maintain and expand the drawing database used as a resource to the sales departmentOther Details: > Up to 20% travel > Good, proactive communication skillsVacancy expired!
