We are looking for
Desktop Support Consultant for our client in Tomahawk, WI Job Title: Desktop Support Consultant Job Location: Tomahawk, WI Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Work closely with functional business partners, local IS and GIS Service Operations to ensure all IS services are running.
- Project management and systems analyst for shop floor projects.
- Work with Site lead on Continuous Improvement program.
- Initiate MIM Calls for any issues on the shop floor and coordinate between the Shop floor and IS Resources.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related incidents reported in the plant.
- Coordinate PC, printer, and hardware replacements in the plant.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience.
- EUC.
- Deskside support.
- MIM.
