to join our Business Development A-Team this week.
We Require: Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable using a computer, customer service experience is a plus, be self motivated and able to work independently, with a positive attitude.

WHAT IS AN A-TEAM MEMBER
a. Our A team is the face and voice of our Company and are responsible for the first Impression of our organization/company in the market.
b. An A-Teamer makes several outbound calls per day to prospective customers who have opted in, and asking for information, as well as assisting customers in setting appointments with our trusted sales advisors. The level of requirements are graduated based on time employed and experience. The more efficient you become, the more money you will make.
c. An A-Teamer is responsible for beginning a relationship and opening a dialogue in a positive way by offering free, helpful, and desirable information requested by the customer. An A-Teamer does not close a sale nor make cold calls.
d. An A-Teamer is skilled in the art of communication, with a friendly voice and positive attitude, who loves making new relationships, and enjoys the sport of conversation.
