Brickners would like to add a Customer Service Representative to our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales & service appointments. They will also be performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). The applicant will assist the cashier/receptionist with bills, invoices and phone requests.
