S.C. Swiderski, LLC is looking to supplement our cleaning staff at our properties in Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, Stevens Point and Waupaca. We are in need of an individual who is interested in cleaning our apartment units during the tenant move in/move out periods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties include washing windows, walls and floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and common areas and hallways and painting walls as needed. Assisting with grounds maintenance as seasonably appropriate will be asked of this position as well. This role will also assist with property showings, Leasing office coverage, tenant appreciation events and monthly unit inspections. Candidates with a strong customer service ethic, who are self-motivated, flexible with responsibilities and possess strong manual dexterity will thrive in this role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is majority indoors and includes the ability to lift up to 35 pounds on occasion. The company provides all cleaning and sanitizing supplies as needed. This position may require daily travel to other SCS properties as needed.
