Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What you Will Do in This Role:
  • Maintains a focused Portfolio of customer projects
  • Participates in planning, requesting, and justifying staffing changes
  • Participate in customer meetings as needed
  • Supports execution of annual business plan
  • Supports achievement of Quarterly OKR's for group
  • Maintains a tight reporting cadence for project performance
  • Ensures project risks are continuously evaluated and mitigated
  • Escalates project risks to Sr. Manager level when migration steps unknown
  • Drives problem solving efforts for project and process performance
  • Continually looks for ways to improve Software Execution
  • Maintains solid project execution process standards with the support of PE
  • Continually coaches team through group and 1:1 sessions
  • Conducts mid and year end reviews via the OCTR process
  • Displays accountability for project performance excellence
  • Perform administrative management functions (e.g., timesheet and expense report approvals)

What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience managing resources delivering software projects.
  • Ambitious in thinking, outlook, and problem solving
  • Strong work ethic and knack to multi-task on a sustained basis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve challenging technical issues independently and quickly
  • Establishes, leads, and develops resource staffing plans to support the execution of projects.
  • Ability of working in a multi-functional organization.
  • Experienced in managing software development projects through waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiar with software version control systems, especially GIT (local & cloud)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including both writing and speaking
  • General working knowledge and understanding with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Supply Chain industry experience
