The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the marketing plans for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise with the objective of promoting all products and services both internally and externally to grow revenue. Responsibilities

Success Outcome #1 - RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND NETWORKING

  • Initiate and develop relationships with apartment/condo/senior communities, local realtors, mortgage agencies, and other potential customers; set up regular visit schedule for these customers
  • Maintain relationships with our extensive list of charity partners, and evaluate, document and coordinate all donation requests and community involvement; document resulting PR
  • Develop strategies for us to become the service provider of choice for luxury apartments, condos, and businesses
  • Assess marketing opportunities and target markets
  • Develop print materials/advertisements

Success Outcome #2 - DIGITAL PRESENCE

  • Update and monitor social media posts and ad spends
  • Create and push out blog content
  • Respond to reviews across all platforms
  • Update main website

Success Outcome #3 - MARKETING MANAGEMENT

  • Manage all mass media spends
  • Develop, implement and review marketing plan; track marketing plan goals
  • Track and evaluate lead sources through various tools
  • Track and report financial results/impact of all marketing initiatives; measure return on investment
  • Place and track all radio, television, and print advertising
  • Review and edit all external communication
  • Develop, distribute and track all media releases
  • Develop PR calendar and seek new PR opportunities
  • Coordinate and attend networking events and trade shows
  • Communicate marketing initiatives and information to staff; train staff on effective use of marketing materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience successfully implementing sales and/or marketing systems, processes and plans
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Marketing field
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Friendly, professional personality
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and persuasive in sales situations
  • Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
  • Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook

Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Travel is not required except for training purposes.
