• Business Analyst with good Property and Causality insurance domain experience and experience in agile practices
• BA should able to under the
  EPICs coordinate with product management team identify the scope of the project create necessary spikes to understand the application system
• Create features with Definition of Ready that describes when the developers can start working and definition of Done with acceptance criteria detailing when the feature can be marked for completion
• Business analyst should have good communication coordination skills
• BA should be flexible enough to spend overlap hours with offshore participate in backlog grooming sessions to clarify the teams queries
• Review teams understanding on the requirements review the test cases created by them signoff on the completed feature
• Participates in demo and signoff the feature based on business users consensus
