job summary:

Summary of Responsibilities

Performs a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organization's respective team function. Responsible for system process analysis, design, simulation, and audit. Requires an understanding of organization's business systems and processes as well as industry requirements. Responsible for monitoring business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Ability to focus on analysis and process re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted teams. Helps respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and completes required compliance documentation. Recommends and facilitates compliance improvement efforts to become compliant across multiple teams in areas where the organization is challenged to reach compliance goals. Performs work under minimal supervision. Can handle more complex issues.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 4-7 years of related experience (auditing, compliance and governance)

  • Experience with SAI360 Experience Compliance, Splunk, Tennable, Nessus, Azure Active Directory

  • Knowledge of Information Security Principles in a plus

  • Background in CIS and NIST

  • Ability to work part of a team

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Organizational skills

  • Detail oriented

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor's Degree or equal number of years experience

  • Intro to Insurance
