Our thriving family medicine clinic is looking for a receptionist. This position is the first point of contact for our organization. Responsibilities include greeting patients upon arrival, updating or obtaining demographic information as well as insurance information. Answering multi-line phones and either handling the caller's needs yourself or directing the caller to the appropriate party. Processing payments from patients for co-pays and account balances. Scheduling appointments
and calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments. This position is a customer service role and to be successful a receptionist must have a pleasant personality, stress management skills and be an effective multi-tasker. This position requires you to have a minimum high school diploma.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
