NOV Rig Technologies is currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Casper, WY.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed assigned sales projections by giving interactive sales visits to customer locations.

  • Maintain contact with an established customer base; identify and establish new clients.

  • Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues.

  • Prepare and deliver bids for customers with a follow up report to sales manager.

  • Work in conjunction with operations personnel to ensure above expected customer services are achieved.

  • Work with technical support and customers to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.

  • Evaluate market requirements and competitor capabilities.

  • Assist in credit worthiness assessments and collection of all delinquent accounts.

  • Attend functions when necessary to keep in contact with customers.

  • Repair centrifugal pumps or other NOV equipment when required.

  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.

  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Post secondary education in sales or marketing an asset.

  • Any experience working on a Drilling Rig an asset.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be highly skilled in verbal and written communications to interact with internal & external customers.

  • Rotational on-call schedule.

  • Ability to travel within assigned region. (50% on the road)

  • A valid drivers license.

  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas drilling operations.

  • Knowledge of NOV products an asset.

  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
