The process engineers in the gas processing group support projects for Fertilizers (Ammonia, Urea, etc.), LNG, Gasification, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Fermentation, Sulfur Recovery, Gas Treating, and NGL recovery and Fractionation. He or she will independently develop and apply advanced engineering techniques, concepts, and approaches to unique engineering problems. May supervise engineering staff on projects of medium to high complexity or serve as a technical specialist providing knowledge and expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Production:Leads Process Engineering evaluations for fertilizer and related facilities

Provide technical solutions for renewable and traditional ammonia, urea, and ammonium nitrate projects.

Lead with technology to identify and meet owner needs.

Provide the technology know-how for all our projects

Provide the project foundation with all process and technology solutions

Lead implementation of solutions through the project life-cycle: feasibility, FEL stages, FEED, detailed design, EPC, and commissioning

Knowledge Sharing, Innovation and Technology:Serves as a technical specialist and has knowledge and skill set to provide consultation and guidance to project teams in a particular practice area

Client Focus:Responsible for assisting with identification of key client interests and drivers and may determine the key clients in some instances

Communicates client interests and drivers to project team members and develops approaches to accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work

People Management - (supervision, career development, training, mentoring):Typically assists with performance management process, mentoring, recognition, and any corrective actions required

Preferred Qualifications5+ Years Experience in Fertilizer (Ammonia, Urea, UAN, ANS) design or operations

Working knowledge of PRO II and similar process simulation packages

Professional Engineer Registration

Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to chemical and process engineering disciplines

Minimum QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
