Solution Consultant - HealthcareGeneral InformationRef #:20230033441Travel Amount Required:Up to 50%Job Type:Regular-Full TimeLocation:USA - USA - RemoteDescription & QualificationsDescriptionThe Lead Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing Workforce Management solutions using UKG products in customer locations and/or departments in hardware/software, multi-vendor, or multi-protocol environments. As the Lead Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will be viewed as a trusted adviser for Workforce Management within the Healthcare vertical (Acute, Post-Acute, Sub-acute & Ancillary Healthcare). You will also work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support products that UKG sells to its customers and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers toward completing system implementations. Job responsibilities may include: Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments Performing business process analysis Configuring software applications Following practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors Providing knowledge transfer for customers Analyzing enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams, and feature specifications Consulting with customers on recommended system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and proceduresQualificationsBasic Qualifications 5+ years of related work experience in a software enviroment Must have domain knowledge of Workforce Management Flexibility to travel as needed up to 50%Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Working experience in a healthcare environment Working experience with Cloud Software Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance and Leave implementation & applications UKG Product experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint creation, and SmartsheetCompany OverviewHere at UKG, our purpose is people™.
