This role works with HR Leaders (and corresponding Business Leaders) to influence human capital strategies using data such as talent trends, employee listening, culture measurement, and diversity. Ultimately, this work furthers our company’s mission to, “… discover, develop and provide innovative products and services that save and improve lives around the world.”Position location: US (flexible), Remote optionalQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field

Related Master’s degree preferred

Required :3+ years of work experience in a data-driven consulting role (internal or external) with some social science dimension

Demonstrated ability to create recommendations based on analytical research and evidence

Demonstrated ability to conduct independent analyses and business summaries of findings

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

High degree of initiative and creativity

An interest in working on projects that focus on employees and Human Resource Management

Ability to present findings and influence others on human capital topics (including the ability to visualize data and tell a story with it)

Preferred :Experience working in a Human Resources function, and particularly an HR analytical function

Domain expertise or thought leadership in talent, diversity & inclusion strategies, and analytics

Ability to conduct literature reviews and leverage external research (applied and academic) to understand and adopt best practices in social science research and data science for human capital management

Understanding of Human Resources processes, information systems, and governance

Experience with Workday reporting, Visier, Spotfire, Power BI, R or Python, and Alteryx
