Our opening is for a full-time HR Administrative Assistant.  You will be responsible for manning the front desk and supporting all departments and teams as needed.

Job duties:  

· Assist all departments, including Residential, HR, Finance, Intake, Behavior, and QA with special or ongoing projects as assigned.

· Including but not limited to data entry, reporting, content creation, notifications/reminders, organizing, filing, and all other tasks assigned within the scope of the position.

· Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA regarding all employee and client information.

· Open and close the office, answer phones, distribute mail, run errands.

· Performs other duties, as assigned, within ability and responsibility level of the job.

· Plan and conduct orientation to review required paperwork, policies, and trainings for all new hires and contractors.

· -Updating new hire onboarding documents.

· -Assist managers in recruiting, interviewing, screening, and analyzing qualifications to select candidates to fill vacant positions.

· -Track and keep record of all personnel and contractor information in electronic databases, including but not limited to: hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, trainings, insurance, and terminations.

· -Other HR and administrative duties assigned but not limited.

· Qualifications:  

  • Reliability – excellent attendance to open and close the office M-F Days.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
  • School Diploma / GED
  • Proficient in Windows operating system & Office365. Quick learner to navigate various electronic databases.
  • Professional attitude and teamwork mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Must pass background check and have reliable transportation with clean driving record per Overture’s requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
