These things are not limited to the following.Complete and manage daily service requests while demonstrating excellent customer service to our Residents.Perform a wide range of apartment maintenance duties from cleaning the units, cleaning the office area, maintaining the grounds, and everything in-betweenRecord maintenance and housekeeping information in accordance with guidelines established by management direction and established company policy/procedures.Maintain productivity-enhancing communications and working relationships with co-workers, management, third-party contractors and suppliers.Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.General housekeeping and maintenance knowledge.Read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Communicate orally with tenants and staff members. Provide feedback to management on progress related to specific assignments.Exhibit excellent customer-service orientation in responding to tenant requests. Display follow-through in carrying out directions from management.
