Duties/Responsibilities:
· Collection of past due accounts
· Processing customer payments to accounts
· Sending customer correspondence
· Completing customer credit applications
· Accounts receivable general ledger reconciliation
· Preparation of monthly statements
Skills:
· Customer service skills a must
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
· High standard of confidentiality
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Finance/accounting experience required.
This role involves the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information. Commitment to collaborate with Management and employees throughout the organization. Meticulous attention to detail, active listening skills, proven problem-solving skills and strong analytical ability essential. Knowledge of accounting, financial and tax laws and regulations.
