Primary Responsibilities

We have an opportunity in our Gillette, WY office for an Engineering Intern for the summer 2020 season. This position will work with our construction managers and surveyors on various projects that may require some travel. Some time will also be spent in the office assisting Project Managers and Engineers.

The right candidate will have completed at least their second year in a Civil Engineering program. Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as with a project team to completion of a task. This position will require application of standard engineering techniques and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Civil Engineering program

  • Attention to detail a must

  • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA

  • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
