The Volunteer Outreach and Support Manager:
- Developing effective lead generation and executing recruitment that results in an increase in girl and adult membership in assigned, established areas
- Supporting, converting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members by mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and maintaining partnerships to support volunteers
The qualified candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong human relation and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple on-going projects in a fast paced, diverse environment
- Comfortable and fluent computer skills are a must
