About us

Glenrock Health Center is a Rural Health Clinic, located in central Wyoming. We have been serving the Glenrock and the surrounding area since 1958. Within our facility we have a CLIA laboratory, XRay, retail pharmacy, social services and more. We are currently a team of 21 healthcare professionals, providing quality healthcare fromp people who care.

We are searching for a dynamic, experienced professional to join our team as our Director of Human Resources. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and detail-oriented professional who has an excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures and has the ability to work cooperatively and effectively employees and all levels of management. We are seeking someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills and can provide leadership throughout our facility.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, or 3 years of related experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates that possess a current WY nursing license or medical assistant certificate.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and motivate staff
  • Enforce and assist with development of policies
  • Review applications, interview and process all new hires.
  • Review and update position descriptions as needed.
  • Oversee and maintain personnel records
  • Conduct/Coordinate new employee orientation
  • Facilitate employee benefits
  • Receive and manage complaints and grievances regarding HR issues
  • Monitor worker's compensation and unemployment claims and FMLA
  • Monitor employee job satisfaction.
  • Process semimonthly payroll and payroll taxes using QuickBooks.
  • Manage staffing ratios and scheduling
  • Conduct safety training and HIPAA enforcement.
  • Conduct exit interviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,340.20 - $75,076.37 per year
