Description:
- Managing data flow and corresponding with team members while still spending the majority of their time completing valuation assignments
- Analyze complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses
- Prepare appraisal reports by describing physical and economic property characteristics appraisal procedures used, and the information analyzed; disclosing extraordinary assumptions, and hypothetical and limiting conditions; and, presenting supportive reasoning
- Analyzing market data and comparable transactions
- Interviewing market participants
- Determining highest and best use and concluding credible market values
- Providing mentoring and guidance to supporting team members
- Maintaining report uniformity with the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client issued Public Trust
- Five years of commercial appraisal experience
- Ability to complete complex appraisal assignments with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writing
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Economics
