The Real Estate Agent duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Respond to phone calls, e-mails, faxes or personal visits from prospective buyers
- Meet with prospective buyers to determine their real estate needs
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with prospective buyers, realtors, lenders and title companies
- Work with prospective buyers/investors in filling out all appropriate paperwork, including sales applications, sales contracts and loan applications
- Responsible for all contracts, addendums and counteroffers
- Maintain effective and constant communication with buyers, investors, lenders, title companies and staff
- Assist with marketing as needed
- Participate and understand all financing aspects we provide
Requirements
Here's what it takes to be a dynamic Real Estate Agent:
- Wyoming Real Estate License Required
- Two years commissioned sales experience is preferred
- Passion to help first time home buyer and buyers with credit challenges
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Good organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must take initiative
- Bilingual a plus
- Financing experience preferred
- This is a commission based position
