Requirements:As the Finance Assistant Director you must support and assist the Finance Director in managing all aspects of the hotel accounting and financial functions.
You will also oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and assist with month end closing.
You are responsible for bank accounts reconciliation review, general ledger accounts reconciliation, and the month end closing process.
You must assist with inventories and randomly audit submitted inventories to included checking accounts and price testing samples.
You must compile and send group billings, collect all group accounts receivable, and manage the collection process for all outstanding accounts.
You must generate reports and make projections using analytical skills and the knowledge of accounts receivable.
You must investigate and resolve all credit card charge-back issues.
