This position prepares all baked and pastry goods to the specification of the chef, and is expected to follow standard recipes at all times.The “must haves” for this position include:1 year minimum pastry and baking experience
Strong culinary and knife skills
Knowledgeable of different breads, doughs, and pastries
Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:Knowledge of different culinary trends
Culinary degree or certificate, or equivalent work experience
High volume baking and pastry
