Do you want to work in the evening to ensure you have the daylight available to explore your surroundings? If you answered, “Yes” to these questions, this position is great for you!The Night Shift Front Desk / Night Auditor is responsible for accumulating and balancing the daily revenue for Jenny Lake Lodge, in addition to performing all front desk, PBX (Hotel Operator), and cashiering functions throughout the graveyard shift. The Night Auditor should additionally be able to be "on-hand" to provide guest services to any guests checking in or checking out during their shifts, in addition to delivering room amenities as requested and answering all guest inqueries. The Night Auditor is additionally responsible to clean all common areas of the lodge, including guest bathrooms.The “must haves” for this position include:
Strong working knowledge of computers
Good communication skills
Strong math and accounting skills
Strong organization and detail-oriented
Ability to lift and carry 10+ lbs
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
Previous Night Audit and/or Front Desk Experience
Visual One or other property management system experience
Accounting/Finance background
Ability to correctly handle credit cards and cash and balance daily
